Motivace a firemní kultura ve stavebním podniku

Abstract

Moja bakalárska práca sa zaoberá motiváciou a firemnou kultúrou v stavebnom podniku. V teoretickej časti sú vymedzené základné pojmy z oblasti stavebníctva, motivácie a firemnej kultúry. Praktická časť je založená na dotazníku. Dotazník analyzuje súčasnú situáciu v stavebnom podniku a overuje hypotézy. Dvaja zamestnanci firmy následne v rozhovoroch vyjadrujú svoje názory na výsledky z dotazníka. V záverečnej časti sú zhodnotené výsledky a odporúčania pre zlepšenie motivácie a firemnej kultúry v stavebnom podniku.My bachelor’s thesis deals with motivation and firm culture in the construction company. In the theoretical part, there are specified basic concepts of building industry, motivation and firm culture. The practical part is based on the questionnaire. It analyses the actual situation of motivation and firm culture in the construction company and it verify the hypothesis. Then, two employees express their opinions on results of the questionnaire in the interviews. The results are evaluated in the final part and there are some recommendations for improvement of motivation and firm culture in the construction company.
