Financování stavební zakázky z pohledu investora

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je získat možnosti financování revitalizace panelových domů z hlediska investora. Jedná se o nejčastější problém současné doby, jelikož většina těchto domů je ve velmi chatrném stavu s nutností opravy. Teoretická část se převážně zaobírá financováním zakázek, což se týče možnosti získání dotací a úvěrů důležité k realizaci. Vstupem dotace do projektu a její ovlivnění finanční stránky se věnuje část praktická. Následná analýza zakázky při neuznání dotace a potřeba získání úvěru řeší opět praktická část.The aim of Bachelor’s thesis is to acquire the possibilities of financing revitalization of blocks of flats from the aspect of supplier. It is the most common problem in the present time, since most of these houses are in very poor conditions with the need of repairs. The theoretical part is focused on financing of contracts, which are involving the possibilities of obtaining grants and loans for important realizations. Further, the practical part deals with the subsidy input to the project and its influences of the financial sites. The practical part deals with subsequent analysis of the contract at the non-recognition subsidies and the need of obtaining a loan.
