Rozšíření systému hlasování zastupitelstev o Parlament ČR

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo rozšířit existující systém pro vizualizaci hlasování zastupitelstev tak, aby byl schopen pracovat také s daty z obou komor Parlamentu České republiky – Poslanecké sněmovny a Senátu. Původní systém byl analyzován z hlediska jeho datového modelu, funkcionality a možnosti adaptace pro parlamentní data. Práce se soustředila na specifické požadavky legislativního procesu, rozdíly ve struktuře hlasovacích dat a způsoby vizualizace těchto dat. Na základě provedené analýzy byly navrženy změny stávajícího datového modelu a implementováno rozšíření systému hlasování zastupitelstev o data Parlamentu ČR. Funkčnost rozšíření byla ověřena testováním s reálnými daty obou komor Parlamentu ČR.The aim of this thesis was to extend the existing system for visualization of votes of councils to be able to work with data from both chambers of the Parliament of the Czech Republic -- the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate. The original system was analyzed in terms of its data model, functionality and possibility of adaptation for parliamentary data. The work focused on the specific requirements of the legislative process, differences in the structure of voting data and ways of visualizing these data. On the basis of the analysis, changes to the existing data model were proposed and an extension of the council voting system with the data of the Parliament of the Czech Republic was implemented. The functionality of the extension was verified by testing with real data from both chambers of the Parliament of the Czech Republic.
