Příprava realizace hrubé vrchní stavby ubytovacího pavilonu v Brně

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým řešením hrubé vrchní stavby ubytovacího pavilonu v Brně na ulici Veslařská. Pro danou technologickou etapu je zpracován časový plán výstavby, položkový rozpočet s výkazem výměr, technická zpráva, výkresy zařízení staveniště, technologický předpis, posouzení dopravních tras, návrh hlavních strojů a mechanizmů, kontrolní a zkušební plán, bezpečnostní rizika a jejich prevence. V poslední kapitole je zpracováno porovnání 3 možných variant z hlediska finančního, časového a tepelně technického posouzení.The bachelor thesis deals with the construction technological solution of the rough top structure of the accommodation pavilion in Brno on Veslařská street. For the given technological phase a time schedule for construction, an itemized budget with a statement of dimensions, a technical report and drawings of the construction site equipment, a technological regulation, assessment of transport routes, design of the main machines and mechanisms, a control and test plan, security risks and their prevention are elaborated. The last chapter deals with the comparison of 3 possible options in terms of financial, time and thermal technical assessment.
