Sběr dat z procesu vážení hotově baleného zboží

Abstract

Práce se zabývá problematikou vážení hotově baleného zboží a řízením procesu balení. V práci je popsán způsob komunikace s váhami a způsob jejich zapojení do komunikační sítě pomocí komunikačních terminálů. Práce popisuje výběr komunikační sběrnice a definuje požadavky na funkci komunikačního terminálu i obslužného programu. Dále je v práci popisován hardware a firmware komunikačního terminálu. Nakonec práce je popsán obslužný program včetně datového modelu.The thesis deals with the issue of weighing of prepackaged goods and control of packing process . The thesis describes the method of communication with weighing-machine and including this method to the communication network with the communication terminals. The thesis describes the selection of the communication bus and defines requirements for the function of the communication terminal and utility program. The study also describes the hardware and firmware of the communication terminal. In the conclusion, the work describs the utility program including data model.
