Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou vnitropodnikových směrnic ve společnosti JDesign spol. s r. o. Obsahuje návrh jednotlivých směrnic tak, aby vyhovovaly firemním potřebám a odpovídaly platné legislativě.
