Posouzení informačního systému firmy a návrh změn

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na posouzení informačního systému firmy, působící v oblasti stavebnictví, a návrh změn. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. V první jsou popsána teoretická východiska práce, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy, které se v práci vyskytují. Další část je analytická, představuje a analyzuje aktuální stav firmy a informačního systému. Poslední část vychází z předchozí a jsou zde uvedeny možnosti rozvoje informačního systému, včetně výběru nového. Závěr kapitoly hodnotí přínosy změn.This thesis is focused on the assessment of the information system of a company operating in the construction industry and proposing changes. The thesis consists of three parts. In the first one, the theoretical background of the thesis is described, explaining the concepts that appear in the thesis. The next part is analytical, presenting and analyzing the current state of the company and the information system. The last part builds on the previous one and presents options for the development of the information system, including the selection of a new one. The chapter concludes by assessing the benefits of the changes.
