Změna formy živnostenského podnikání

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá změnou formy živnostenského podnikání v oblasti architektura a design na právní formu společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí – teoretická východiska, analytická část a návrhová část. Každému z těchto aspektů je věnována samostatná kapitola. v práci jsou zakotveny základní teoretické poznatky, ze kterých vychází při popisu současné podnikatelské činnosti a v poslední části práce je navržena strategie a rozšíření podnikatelské činnosti vycházející z dat zpracovaných v analytické části.This bachelor´s thesis is focused on changing the entrepreneurial form of business in architecture and design into limited company form of business. The thesis is devided in three parts - teoretical part, analytical part and proposal part. There is devoted a separate chapter for each of them. There are embedded the basic teoretical notes in the thesis and it is the starting point for the description of the recent situation of the business and in the last part of the thesis, there is proposed the strategy and development of the entrepreneurial activity based on the data processed in the analytical part.
