Nízkopodlažní bytové domy

Abstract

Tématem projektu je návrh novostavby nízkopodlažních bytových domů v lokalitě Brno- Sadová. Součástí zadání byla již vypracovaná urbanistická studie, do které bylo nutné návrh zakomponovat. Základem architektonického a konstrukčního řešení je jednoduchost, funkčnost a praktičnost. Objekt je zděný, skládá se z devíti kvádrů poskládaných do třech bloků. Objekt je třípodlažní, nepodsklepený. Díky stupňovitému uspořádání vznikly velké terasy a na zadní straně kryté pavlače. Velké prosklené plochy na jižní stranu umožňují příjemný výhled na historické centrum Brna. Proti přehřívání jsou na jižní fasádě slunolamy. V objektu je celkem jedenáct bytů, kadeřnictví a masážní salón.The topic of the project is to design a new building of low-rise residential buildings in the locality Brno-Sadová. An urban study was already a part of the assignment, into which it was necessary to incorporate design. The basis of the architectural and structural design is simplicity, functionality and practicality. The building is made of brick, consisting of nine blocks arranged into three blocks of flats. The building has three floors, without basement. Thanks to terraced arrangement, large terraces and a covered porch at the rear emerged. Large glass surface on the south side allows a pleasant view over the historical center of Brno. Against overheating there are sun screens on the south facade. There is a total of eleven flats, hairdressing salon and a massage parlor.
