Brownfieldy v ČR v návaznosti na historické centrum

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je urbanistický návrh struktury ve městě Náchodě na území bývalé textilní továrny. Před několika lety došlo v Náchodě k rozprodání průmyslového areálu textilní továrny. Část závodu byla zrekonstruována, větší část zbourána. V současné době je místo středem zájmu. Město se jej snaží dostat zcela do majetku a vhodně území znovu zastavět. Území se nachází severo-východně od centra, v blízkosti nádraží. Cílem práce je navrhnout vhodnou urbanistickou strukturu. Vhodně doplnit stávající novými domy. Součástí návrhu nové zástavby je řešení dopravní obsluhy, návrh funkčního využití i návrh veřejného prostoru. V návrhu je kladen důraz na vhodné napojení současného města na nové ulice i domy. Aby se tato nová městská část stala nedílnou součástí města.The topic of this Diploma Thesis is the urban design of the structure in the town Náchod in the area of the former textile factory. Several years ago the industrial area of the textile factory in Náchod was sold out. A part of this factory has been reconstructed but bigger part has been demolished. This part is currently the center of interest. The city is trying to get it completely into its property and appropriately build up the area again. The area is located north-east from the center, near the railway station. The aim of the thesis is to design a suitable urban structure. Usefully complement existing houses with new ones. Part of the design of new buildings is a solution to the traffic service, design of functional use and public space proposal. The proposal emphasizes the appropriate connection of the current city to new streets and houses. To make this new city part an integral part of the city.
