Abstract

Řešené území se nachází v centru města Vyškov a přímo navazuje na jeho náměstí. Tvoří zakončení jednoho z cípů náměstí. Cílem návrhu bylo vytvoření dominantního objektu, který uzavře náměstí a zakončí tak pohledovou osu, která v posledních letech není příliš lichotivá. Objekt by ale měl být dominantní pouze natolik, aby nekonkuroval hlavní dominantě náměstí, a to radnici. Zároveň bylo cílem navrhnout funkční dům, který díky náplni obchodů a bydlení přivede do centra více obyvatel a oživí jej.Solved area is located in the center of Vyškov and is directly connected to the square.
