Jedná se v první řadě o druhy smluv, které do této činnosti vstupují a dále o další subjekty, které mají podstatný vliv na obchod s nemovitostmi. Část je věnována ovlivnění realitního trhu po vstupu do Evropské unie. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný postup při obchodování s nemovitostmi a to z pohledu jak kupujícího, tak i prodávajícího. | cs |

It covers primarily contracts which appertain to this type of business activities and also other subjects that have a substantial impact on the real estate trade. One part is devoted to the changes of the real estate market after the accession to the European Union.
