Uložení rotorů turbodmychadel na plynových ložiscích

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rešerší zaměřenou na uložení rotoru turbodmychadel na plynových ložiscích. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol. V první části je stručně shrnuta historie vývoje přeplňování spalovacích motorů. Druhá část popisuje základní principy fungování turbodmychadla a možnosti jeho regulace. Třetí část se zabývá konstrukcí jednotlivých částí i turbodmychadla jako celku. Čtvrtá část je věnována popisu konstrukce, technických řešení a aplikací aerodynamických ložisek. V páté a šesté kapitole jsou vysvětleny některé výpočtové a experimentální metody a v poslední kapitole je uveden výčet potřebných konstrukčních úprav stávajících turbodmychadel.This bachelor's thesis is a research project focused on turbocharger rotors using gas bearings. The work is devided into seven chapters. The first chapter is brief summary of history of development of turbochargers for combustion engines. Basic working principles of turbocharger are descriped in second chapter. Third chapter is about the construction of individual parts, as well as about the turbocharger as a whole. The fourth part is devoted to the design, technical solutions and applications of aerodynamic bearings. The fifth and sixth chapter explains some of computational and experimental method. The final chapter lists required structural modifications of existing turbochargers.
