Zámecký statek Únanov

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na návrh revitalizace zámeckého statku v obci Únanov, která se nachází v okrese Znojmo. Návrh vychází z urbanistické studie Únanov-Jih, která byla zpracována ve Specializovaném ateliéru v minulém semestru. Celý koncept je pojat jako agroturistický areál. Projekt zahrnuje podrobnou architektonickou studii tří objektů: zámku, stodoly a skleníku. Všechny stavby si zachovávají tradiční venkovský charakter, jsou doplněny o tradiční materiály a kvalitní krajinářské úpravy. Stávající objekt zámku byl očištěn od nevhodných přístaveb a doplněn novou hmotou, která respektuje historický ráz stavby i okolní zástavbu. V nově navrženém objektu zámku se nachází restaurace, recepce a pokoje pro krátkodobé ubytování. Stodola je určena pro pořádání svateb a různých společenských událostí, přičemž je navržena jako velký otevřený prostor s galerií, pod níž se nachází hygienické a technické zázemí. Na stodolu navazuje zastřešená dřevěná terasa. Posledním navrženým objektem je skleník s dřevěnou konstrukcí a prosklenými plochami, ke kterému přiléhá bylinková zahrádka. Návrh pracuje s myšlenkou zachování původní funkce hospodářského dvora a jeho oživení novými funkcemi a kvalitními venkovními prostory. Cílem je nabídnout návštěvníkům autentický a hodnotný venkovský zážitek.In my diploma thesis, I focused on the revitalization design of the castle estate in the village of Únanov, located in the Znojmo district. The design is based on the urban planning study Únanov-South, which was developed within the Specialized Studio in the previous semester. The overall concept is envisioned as an agritourism complex. The project includes a detailed architectural study of three buildings: the castle, the barn, and the greenhouse. All structures retain a traditional rural character and are complemented with traditional materials and high-quality landscaping. The existing castle building was cleared of inappropriate annexes and supplemented with a new volume that respects both the historical character of the structure and the surrounding development. The newly designed castle houses a restaurant, a reception area, and rooms for short-term accommodation. The barn is intended for hosting weddings and various social events, and is designed as a large open space with a gallery, beneath which the sanitary and technical facilities are located. A covered wooden terrace is attached to the barn. The final proposed structure is a greenhouse featuring a timber frame and glazed surfaces, adjacent to which is a herb garden. The design concept is based on preserving the original function of the agricultural courtyard while revitalizing it with new functions and high-quality outdoor spaces. The aim is to offer visitors an authentic and enriching rural experience.
