Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá přípravou systému managementu kvality k certifikaci dle normy ISO/TS 16949:2009. V teoretické části jsou popsány jednotlivé koncepty managementu kvality, dále je zde popsán certifikační proces dle normy ISO/TS 16949 a poslední kapitola teoretické části je věnována problematice auditování systému managementu kvality. Praktická část je věnována analýze stávajícího systému managementu kvality, stejně tak jako provádění interních auditů systému managementu kvality. Poslední kapitola je věnována zhodnocení efektivnosti interních auditů a realizaci první fáze certifikačního auditu dle ISO/TS 16949:2009.This diploma thesis deals with preparation of quality management system for certification according to the standard ISO/TS 16949:2009. In the theoretical part of the thesis a various concepts of quality management system are described as well as certification process of ISO/TS 16949:2009. The last theoretical chapter is dedicated to the auditing of quality management system. The practical part is focused to the analyse of the current quality management system as well as performing of internal audits of quality management system. The last chapter is focused on evaluation of effectiveness of internal audits and realization of the first phase of certification audit according to the ISO/TS 16949:2009.
