Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat reálný a proveditelný podnikatelský plán, na založení restaurace Labužník s. r. o. Restaurace se zaměří na poskytování služby „All you can eat“ v městě Hradec Králové. V práci jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro založení podniku. Dále se práce zabývá popisem nově vznikajícího podniku včetně analýzy místního trhu, zákazníků a konkurence. V závěrečné části jsou navrženy 3 varianty předpokladů budoucího vývoje.The aim of the thesis is to create a real and practicable business plan for setting up a restaurant called Labužník s.r.o. The restaurant will focus on offering the "All you can eat" service in Hradec Králové. The thesis contains theoretic bases for a business foundation. It also deals with the description of a newly originating firm including the analysis of the local market, customers and competition. There are 3 variations of presumptions of the prospective development laid out within the final part of the thesis.
