Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je architektonický návrh a konstrukční řešení rodinného domu ve městě Potštát na úrovni dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Objekt se nachází v městské části Horní předměstí, v oblasti nově zasíťovaných stavebních parcel. Parcela je svažitá a to směrem k východu. Objekt je jednopodlažní typu bungalov 4+ kk. Součástí objektu je garáž. Vstupní prostory jsou orientovány na jihozápad. Konstrukční systém byl navrhnut jako difúzně otevřená sloupková dřevostavba. Zastřešení nad obytnou částí pultovými GNL vazníky s deskami s prolisovanými trny, nad garáží plochá střecha. Navržený objekt je v souladu s požadavky v územním plánu města Potštát.The subject of this bachelor thesis is the architectural design and construction of a house in Potštát-level documentation for construction. The building is located in the town of Horni předměstí, in a newly networked building plots. The plot is sloping to the east.The building is single-storey bungalow type 4 + kk. There is a garage. Entrance areasare oriented to the southwest. The structural system was designed as a diffuse open balustrades wooden building. Roofing over the residential parts of the aisle trusses with GNL plates punched, flat roof above the garage. The designed building is in compliance with the requirements of town planning Potštát.
