Abstract
Bakalárska práca je projekt dvojpodlažného rodinného domu v Myjave. Jedná sa o samostatne stojaci dom s čiastočne podpivničeným suterénom. Pôdorys rodinného domu je obdĺžnikového tvaru. Rodinný dom bol projektovaný pre štvor až päť člennú rodinu. V suteréne domu sa nachádza sklad, technická miestnosť, chodba, posilňovňa, sklad pre ovocie a zeleninu, práčovňa a schodisko. Hlavným vstupom dostaneme do prvého nadzemného podlažia. Prvé nadzemné podlažie tvorí zádverie, chodba so vstupom do garáže, kúpeľne a WC. Ďalej je z chodby prístup do hosťovskej miestnosti, na schodisko, do obývacej izby a do jedálne spojenej s kuchyňou. Z kuchyne je prístup do špajze. Z obývačky je vstup na vonkajšiu terasu. Garáž je dimenzovaná na jedno osobné auto s motorkami, poprípade na dve menšie osobné autá. Táto časť domu nie je podpivničená. V druhom nadzemnom podlaží sa nachádzajú dve detské izby, spálňa, WC a kúpeľňa. Nachádza sa tu balkón, na ktorý je prístup zo spálne a detskej izby. Zvislé, obvodové, nosné konštrukcie v suteréne sú tvorené z debniacich tvárnic Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. Zvislé, obvodové, nosné konštrukcie v nadzemnej časti domu sú tvorené z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. Zvislé vnútorné, nosné konštrukcie sú tvorené taktiež z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 30 Profi a z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. Zvislé, vnútorné, nenosné konštrukcie sú tvorené z keramických tvárnic Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. Vodorovné nosné konštrukcie sú tvorené z keramických nosníkov Pot a vložiek Miako stropného systému Porotherm. Strecha je sedlová so sklonom 37° a 35°, ktorá je nad garážou zalomená pod uhlom 16°, strešný plášť tvorí betónová skladaná krytina Bramac klasik
The bachelor thesis is a project of a family house with two floors in Myjava. It is a detached house with a partial basement. The plan of the building is in the rectangular shape. The family house is designed for a family with four or five members. In the basement, there are situated storage, technical room, corridor, gym, storey for fruit and vegetables, laundry and staircase. Through the main entrance we reach the ground floor. The ground floor consists of vestibule, corridor with the entrance to the garage, bathroom and toilet. Then we enter from corridor to guest room, staircase, living room and the dining room connected with the kitchen. From the kitchen is an entrance to the outdoor terrace. The garage is proposed for one car with motorbikes, optionally for two smaller cars. This part of the house does not have a basement. On the first floor are situated two bedrooms for children, bedroom, toilet and bathroom. There is also a balcony, which has an access from bedroom and bedroom and bedroom for children. The vertical external bearing constructions in the basement are made of concrete blocks Premac DT30 500x300x250 mm. The vertical external bearing constructions of the elevated part of the house are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi 250x300x249 mm. The vertical internal bearing constructions are also made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 30 Profi and ceramic blocks Porotherm 25 SK Profi 245x250x249 mm. The vertical non-bearing constructions are made of ceramic blocks Porotherm 11,5 AKU P+D 497x115x238 mm. The horizontal bearing constructions are made of the ceramic girders Pot and inserts Miako of the ceiling system Porotherm. The roof is gabled with slope 37° and 35°,which is kinked above the garage at the angle 16°,the roof coat is made of the concrete folded roof bag Bramac.
