Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh novostavby samostatné stojícího bytového domu v Přelouči, ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby. Jedná se o nepodsklepený objekt se čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími, založen na základových pásech a zastřešený jednoplášťovou plochou střechou. V nadzemních podlažích je řešeno 6 bytů o velikosti 3+kk s balkony. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je umístěno technické zázemí, jednotlivé garáže a skladovací prostory pro obyvatele bytů. Konstrukční systém je ze zdících prvků Porotherm. Stropní konstrukce tvoří systém Porotherm z keramických vložek Miako. Celý objekt je zateplen certifikovaným kontaktním zateplovacím systémem s izolantem z čedičové vlny Isover.The subject of the bachelor thesis is the design of a new detached residential apartment building in Přelouč, in the form of project documentation for construction. It is a non-cellar building with four above-ground floors, based on base strips and covered by a single-layer flat roof. On the above floors are 6 flats of 3 + kk with balconies. On the first floor there is a technical background, individual garages and storage areas for the inhabitants of the flats. The construction system is made of the Porotherm masonry components. The ceiling structure consists of the Porotherm system of Miako ceramic inserts. The whole building is insulated with a certified thermal insulation system with Isover basalt insulation.
