Financování stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikami získávání, přípravy a realizace stavební zakázky z pohledu dodavatele. Řeší různé druhy zakázek, formy financování a fakturace, jednotlivé částí Smlouvy o dílo , formy finančních záruk na bezproblémovou realizaci zakázky a také její odevzdání a převzetí. Cílem práce je analýza realizace konkrétní zakázky, způsob financování a placení objednavateli a také subdodavatelům. Na závěr této bakalářské práce je navrhnutá možná změna ve financovaní zakázky a zanalyzovaný její dopad na celkovou cenu.This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the specifics of acquisition, preparation and realization of a construction order by supplier. It deals with different types of orders, forms of funding and invoicing, individual parts of a Contract for work, forms of financial guarantees for a trouble-free realization of an order as well as a submission and assumption of product. The aim of the work is to analyse a realization of a specific order, form of funding and payments for a submitter and subcontractors. At the end of this bachelor’s thesis is an offer of suggestion for a possible change with a funding of an order and analysed its impingement on a total price.
