Hotel v Přerově

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovou dokumentací budovy hotelu v Přerově. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící budova s jedním podzemním a čtyřmi nadzemními podlažími. V podzemním podlaží se nachází garáž a technické zázemí hotelu. V 1. nadzemním podlaží se nachází vstupní část, administrativní část, restaurace a její zázemí. Další nadzemní podlaží slouží pro ubytování hostů. Konstrukční systém je železobetonový skelet. Obvodové zdivo je postaveno z keramických tvárnic. Objekt je zastřešen plochými střechami.The diploma thesis deals with a project documentation of hotel building in Přerov. The object is designed as a detached building with one basement and four floors. There is an underground garage and technical rooms of the hotel situated in the basement. In the first floor, there are entrance hall, administrative part, restaurant and its hinterland. Another ground floors are designed to accommodate guests. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton. The perimeter wall is building from clay bricks. The object is covered with two flat roofs.
