Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem bytového domu nacházejícím se v katastrálním území městyse Okříšky (709778). Bytový dům je navržen jako dvoupodlažní podsklepený objekt s plochou jednoplášťovou střechou. Je zde 5 bytových jednotek s možností bezbariérového užívání. Obvodové stěny jsou tvořeny vápenopískovými tvárnicemi se zateplením z šedého polystyrenu. Stropní konstrukce je železobetonová se zavěšenými sádrokartonovými podhledy pro vedení TZB instalací. Práce obsahuje výkresovou a dokumentační část na úrovni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Součástí návrhu je i požárně bezpečnostní řešení, tepelně technické posouzení, akustické posouzení a posouzení z hlediska osvětlení.This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an apartment building located in the cadastre unit of Okříšky (709778). The apartment building is designed as a two-storey building with a basement and warm flat roof. There are five dwelling units with the possibility of improved access for disabled people. The external walls are made of sand-lime bricks insulated with grey polystyrene. Ceilings are made of reinforced concrete with suspended gypsum board ceilings where HVAC can be installed. The thesis contains the drawings and the documentation in the form of the building permit. The design also includes the fire safety solution, the thermal technical assessment, the acoustic assessment and the lighting assessment.
