Ekonomické srovnání metodických postupů oprav střešních plášťů

Abstract

V příspěvku se autoři zaměřují na ekonomické zhodnocení nákladů na stavební úpravy plochých střech. Ekonomické zhodnocení popisují na dvou metodických postupech. Konkrétně v příspěvku srovnávají standardní metodu, zahrnující celkovou demontáž střešního pláště, se sofistikovanou metodou, která využívá potenciálu původních materiálů a na jejímž vývoji autoři již dlouhodobě spolupracují. Pro stanovení nákladů autoři použili stavební software určený pro tvorbu rozpočtů. Úspory vycházející z ekonomického zhodnocení potvrzují očekávání autorů.In this paper the authors focus on the economic evaluation of the costs of flat roofs renovation. Economic evaluation is described in two methodological approaches. Specifically, the authors compare the standard method involving renovation of flat roofs with the need to removing the existing roof layers with sophisticated one that use the potential of the original materials and on which the authors have been collaborating for a long time. In order to determine the costs, the authors used the building software to create budgets. Cost savings based on economic evaluation confirm the expectations of the authors.
