Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl vyhodnotit investiční potenciál akvizice společnosti XYZ a.s. Cílem je zhodnotit, zda by bylo vhodné investovat do této společnosti a jakým způsobem investor může vylepšit finanční výkonnost nově akvírované portfoliové společnosti.
This bachelor’s thesis aims to evaluate the investment potential of the acquisition of the company XYZ a.s. The aim is to evaluate whether it would be the right move to invest in a company if such an investment is made and how the investor can enhance the financial performance of the newly acquired portfolio company.

In his presentation, the student informed the committee about the objectives, solutions and results he had reached in his thesis. The committee then read the opinions and evaluation of the thesis supervisor and the opponent.
