Abstract
Táto bakalárska práca pojednáva o prediktívnej údržbe výrobných strojov v strojárenskej praxi. V prvej časti práce sa rieši problematika v teoretickej rovine, je tu popísaná údržba obecne a metódy technickej diagnostiky obrábacích zariadení. V praktickej časti sa zameriavam na aplikáciu jednej vybranej metódy, vibrodiagnostiky. Súčasťou práce je vibrodiagnostické vyhodnotenie frézovacieho centra, návrh systému prediktívnej údržby a ďalších doporučení pre firmu SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o. Vyškov.
This bachelor thesis deals with the predictive maintenance of machines in engineering practice. The first part of the thesis deals with problems theoretically, there is described generally maintenance and methods of technical diagnostics of machine tools. The practical part focused on the application of one selected method, vibrodiagnostics. Part of the work is the vibrodiagnosis evaluation of the milling center, the design of the predictive maintenance system and other recommendations for SMC Industrial Automation CZ s.r.o. Vyškov.
