Abstract

PROJEKT ŘEŠÍ URBANISTICKY A ARCHITEKTONICKY UMÍSTĚNÍ STAVBY NA POZEMKU. NÁROŽNÍ PROSTOR NA NÁBŘEŽÍ ŘEKY BEČVY V PŘEROVĚ JE ŘEŠEN ZASTAVENÍM DANÉHO POZEMKU OBJEKTEM S VÝRAZNÝM PODÍLEM PLOCHY PRO BYDLENÍ. OSTATNÍ PLOCHY V PŘÍZEMÍ JSOU URČENY PRO ADMINISTRATIVNÍ A KOMERČNÍ JEDNOTKY. OBJEKT O PĚTI NADZEMNÍCH A DVOU PODZEMNÍCH PODLAŽÍ SE ZAOBLENOU ČÁSTÍ FASÁDY A PAVLAČOVÝMI VSTUPY DO BYTŮ MALOMETRÁŽNÍHO TYPU VE DVORNÍ ČÁSTI JE UMÍSTĚN NA POZEMEK SE STÁVAJÍCÍMI OCHRANNÝMI PÁSMY INŽENÝRSKÝCH SÍTÍ. NAVRŽENÝ OBJEKT SE STÁVÁ DYNAMICKÝM PRVKEM ŘEŠENÉHO PROSTORU A ZÁROVEŇ NECHÁVÁ PROSTOR PRO VYNIKNUTÍ BLÍZKO STOJÍCÍ FUNKCIONALISTICKÉ BUDOVY SOKOLA.The project is trying to solve the location of a building on a lot from an urbanistic and architectural point of view. The corner area on the embankment of the river Bečva in Přerov is solved with the building over the lot by an object with outstanding proportion of the living area. Other faces on the ground floor are intended to function as administrative and commercial units. The object with five above-the-ground and two underground floors with a rounding part of the façade and gallery entries to the small flats in the yard section is situated to the lot with current covering zone of the engineer nets. The proposed object is becoming the dynamic item of the area dealt with and simultaneously it leaves space for emergence of the nearby standing functionalistic building of Sokol.
