Lidský faktor jako bezpečnostní hrozba v průběhu leteckého výcviku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice lidského faktoru v leteckém výcviku se zaměřením na chyby, které mohou během něj nastat. V teoretické části je popsán význam lidského faktoru, model SHELL, koncept „Dirty Dozen“ a specifika pilotního výcviku, včetně legislativních požadavků. Praktická část práce analyzuje statistiky leteckých nehod v České republice, USA a EU. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována chybám vznikajícím během výcviku a jejich souvislosti s lidskými faktory. Cílem práce je identifikovat nejčastější chyby a navrhnout opatření ke zvýšení bezpečnosti pilotního výcviku.This bachelor thesis focuses on the problem of the human factor in aviation training, with an emphasis on errors that may occur during it. The theoretical part describes the significance of the human factor, the SHELL model, the "Dirty Dozen" concept, and the specifics of pilot training, including legislative requirements. The practical part of the thesis analyzes aviation accident statistics in Czech Republic, USA and EU. Special attention is paid to training-related errors and their connection to human factors. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most common mistakes and propose measures to improve the safety of pilot training.
