Ekonomické a finanční hodnocení společnosti s využitím metody Balanced Scorecard

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zameriava na hodnotenie výkonnosti spoločnosti INTERAGROS, a. s. pomocou modelu Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická časť práce popisuje problematiku výkonnosti, modelu BSC a analytických nástrojov potrebných na spracovanie ďalších častí práce. Analytická časť práce zahŕňa predstavenie vybraného podniku a analýzu jej súčasného stavu prostredníctvom finančnej a strategickej analýzy. Návrhová časť práce sa zaoberá vypracovaním návrhu implementácie modelu BSC do spoločnosti s cieľom zvýšiť jej celkovú výkonnosť.This diploma thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the company INTERAGROS, a. s., using the Balanced Scorecard model. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines the concept of business performance, the Balanced Scorecard framework, and the analytical tools required for the subsequent sections of the thesis. The analytical part introduces the selected company and analyzes its current state through financial and strategic analysis. The design part presents a proposal for implementing the BSC model in the company, aiming to enhance its overall performance.
