The basic idea for the solution of the area is to fill in the current gap sites of the Bratislavska and Stara streets. A multifunctional house takes part of the design and it completes the courtyard. There is a Library with cultural and administrative center and residential villa houses in the courtyard. There is also a solution for public space, which is possible to be open around both sides of the multifunctional house.
