Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je urbanistický a architektonický návrh zástavby části městského bloku v Brně novým objektem popř. objekty. Řešená parcela je situována na křižovatce komunikace vedené po nábřeží řeky Svratky a nejvýznamnější brněnské radiály směrem na Vídeň. Vzhledem k charakteru stavby, která je koncipována jako studentské bydlení, jsem navrhl jednoduchou a prostou stavbu, která svým měřítkem nepřevyšuje okolí. Stavba se možná může někomu jevit jako brutální a necitlivá, ale beton má charakterizovat strohost, skromnost, pracovitost a pokorný přístup studenta v přípravě na své životní poslání. Nejedná se o palác, ale „klášter“ pro studenty.The subject of this work is urban and architectural design of buildings of a city in Brno or a new object. Solved plot is situated at the crossing of the road running along the embankment of the river and most Svratka radial direction to Vienna. Given the character of the building, which is designed as student housing, I proposed a simple and straightforward structure that does not exceed its scale neighborhood. The construction is possible someone may seem brutal and insensitive, but concrete is characterized by austerity, frugality, hard work and humble approach the student in preparation for his mission in life. It is not a palace, but the "monastery"for students.
