Podnikatelský záměr – rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší vytvoření podnikatelského plánu na rozšíření podnikatelských aktivit akciové společnosti. Předmětem je nákup frézy na výrobu frézovaných desek včetně příslušenství a provedení nutných stavebních úprav. Práce je rozdělena do třech částí. V první části se nachází teoretická východiska, v druhé části je analyzován současný stav. Třetí část je zaměřena na vlastní návrhy řešení. Investice je naplánována, vyhodnocena a porovnána se současným stavem nákupu desek již frézovaných. Dále jsou v práci zahrnuty účetní a daňové aspekty spojené s pořízením a financováním dlouhodobého majetku.The bachelor´s thesis is focused on creating a business expansion plan for the joint stock company. The subject matter is to buy a milling machine for production of milled plates including attachments and necessary building modifications. My thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes a theoretical knowledge, the second part is dedicated to an analysis of the current state. The third part is focused on making suggestion. The investment is planned, evaluated and compared with the state when the plates are bought already milled. In addition the thesis includes some accounting and taxation aspects connected with purchaising and financing of fixed asset.
