Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných nákladů stavebního objektu. Teoretická část objasňuje problematiku cen, rozpočtů a nákladů, které jsou dále používány v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním dvou stavebních objektů, přičemž jsou srovnávány náklady na jednotlivé objekty a jejich energetická náročnost.
The bachelor thesis deals with analysis of chosen costs of the building. Theoretical part consists of price, budget and cost issues, which are used in practical part. Practical part deals with comparison of two same building facilities while being compared costs of individual objects and their energy intensity.
