TRANSFORMACE PRŮMYSLOVÉHO AREÁLU V PARTIZÁNSKÉM (SK)

Abstract

Obsahom diplomovej práce je urbanistická štúdia s architektonickým detailom bývalého baťovho priemyselného areálu v Paritzánskom a konkrétne program konverzie budovy 61. Mojim cieľom bolo nájsť vhodný koncept pre konverziu budovy č. 61 vzhľadom k mestu, k ľuďom, ktorý v ňom bývajú a začleniť tak znovu do života budovu, ktorá je dnes prázdna, nevyužívaná a chátra. Cieľom nebolo násilne naplniť funkciami danú budovu, ale postupnými krokmi a etapovite nájsť riešenie ako je možné danú budovu znovu začať využívať a poukázať na fabriku ako na prvok založenia mesta a tiež vyzdvihnúť jedinečnú architektúru Baťovského obdobia.The content of this diploma thesis is an urban study with the architectural details of the former Bata Industrial Park in Partizánske, and a particular conversion program for the building. My goal was to find a suitable concept for converting building no. 61 with respect to the city, to the people living in it, and to reintegrate into the life of a building that is empty today, unused and dilapidated. The goal was not to forcefully fill the functions of the building, but in successive steps and phases to find a solution how to reuse the building and to point to the factory as a element of the city's foundation and also to highlight the unique architecture of the Baťa period.
