Abstract

Projekt baugruppe v obci Rosice má za cieľ ukázať nové možnosti bývania v centre malomestského charakteru. Dôležitým aspektom pred a počas návrhu projektu bolo štúdium konceptu participatívneho bývania, na základe ktorého mohol byť samotný návrh adaptovaný tým spôsobom, aby čo najviac odpovedal potrebám predpokladanej komunity a miestnemu kontextu. Výsledkom diplomovej práce bolo overenie uskutočniteľnosti projektu v danej lokalite.The Baugruppe project in Rosice aims to show new possibilities of living in the centre of a small town. An important aspect before and during the design process was the study of the concept of participatory living, based on which the design itself could be adapted to in a way that would correspond best to the needs of the predicted community and the context of the place. The result of this diploma project was the verification of feasibility of the project in the given place.
