Řízení projektu výstavby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením projektu výstavby, jeho teoriemi řízení a jednotlivými procesy probíhajících při výstavbě. Jsou zde specifikovány požadavky na veřejné stavební zakázky a jejich legislativa. Je zkoumán celkový průběh výběrového řízení od vyhlášení až po jeho ukončení. Je zde zpracována nabídka se všemi požadovanými náležitostmi. V závěru je zakázka analyzována a jsou hledány možnosti snížení její ceny.The bachelor thesis deals with a construction project management, its managements theories and individual processes during construction. There are specified requirements of procurements and their legislation. The thesis studies a progress of tender overall - from declaration to termination. The offer is elaborated with all required specifics. At the end of the thesis, contract is analyzed and there are searching options how to reduce the price.
