Měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Allianz pojišťovna, a.s.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje měření a hodnocení výkonnosti podniku Allianz pojišťovna a.s. v období 2018 až 2023. Práce je rozdělené do tří částí. V první části jsou uvedená teoretická východiska finanční analýzy včetně specifických metod ze sféry pojišťovnictví, které budou následně aplikovány v další části. Druhá kapitola je praktická a zaměřuje se bezprostředně na vyhodnocení klíčových aspektů činnosti společnosti. Třetí část se zaměřuje formulaci a posouzení návrhů na zlepšení včetně jejích implementace, potenciálních přínosů a relativní nákladovosti.This bachelor thesis focuses on the measurement and evaluation of the performance of Allianz insurance company a.s. in the period 2018 to 2023. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, the theoretical background of financial analysis is presented, including specific methods from the sphere of insurance, which will be subsequently applied in the next part. The second section is practical and focuses directly on the evaluation of key aspects of the company's operations. The third section is devoted to the formulation and assessment of suggestions for improvement including its implementation, potential benefits and relative cost effectiveness.
