Realizace hrubé vrchní stavby bytového domu v Boskovicích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací vrchní hrubé stavby bytového domu v Boskovicích. Jejím obsahem jsou technologické předpisy pro svislé a vodorovné konstrukce, které jsou doplněny o návrh strojní sestavy, podrobný časový plán realizace a položkový rozpočet. Vzhledem k velkým nárokům na kvalitu stavebního díla a bezpečnost při jeho výstavbě, jsou zařazeny kapitoly pojednávající o této problematice. Dále je zpracována technická zpráva zařízení staveniště včetně jeho výkresu. V kapitole, která dává prostor pro jiné zadání je zpracován alternativní návrh obvodového pláště, a to dvou variant - se zateplením; bez zateplení. Jedná se o cenové porovnání a porovnání součinitele prostupu tepla jednotlivými konstrukcemi. Návrh je doplněn o příslušné detaily.The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the upper gross construction of the apartment house in Boskovice. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for vertical and horizontal constructions, a detailed schedule and an itemized budget. Due to its great demands on quality of building construction and safety during building itself there are included chapters dealing with this issue in the thesis. The thesis also contains a technical report of the construction site including its technical drawing. The chapter that deals with different assignment is drawn up alternative design of outside cladding of the building. It consists of two variants: with or without thermal insulation. This is a price comparison and a comparison of the heat transfer by individual constructions. The draft is complemented by relevant details.
