Abstract
Autoři se v článku zabývají problémy, které do oblasti oceňování nemovitostí (pozemků) pro účely restitucí podle zákona č. 229/1991 Sb., o úpravě vlastnických vztahů k půdě a jinému zemědělskému majetku (zákon o půdě), ve znění pozdějších předpisů, vnesl Nález Ústavního soudu sp. zn.: II. ÚS 4139/16 ze dne 18. 7. 2017.
The authors of the article deal with certain problems with the valuation of real estates (lands) for the purpose of restitution under Act No. 229/1991 Coll., on adjustment of ownership relations to land and other agricultural property (land act), as amended, in connection with the judgment of the Czech constitutional court No. II. ÚS 4139/16 dated 18. July 2017.
