Bytový dům s kavárnou a obchodem v Handlové

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby šěstipodlažního, částečně podsklepeného, bytového domu s obchodem a kavárnou v Handlové. Objekt je navržen v svažitém terénu. Obchod a kavárna jsou přístupné z prvního podlaží, které mají samostatné vstupy odděleny od bytové části. V suterénu jsou navrženy sklepní kóje a technické místnosti. V druhém nadzemním podlaží jsou tři byty, kde dva z nich jsou bezbariérové. V třetím a čtvrtém podlaží se nachází čtyři bytové jednotky. Poslední nadzemní podlaží je řešeno jako nadstandartní byt pro pětičlennou rodinu s přístupem na terasu.This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documenation for a six – storey, semi – basement, apartment building with a cafe and a store in Handlova. The building is designed to accommodate for a sloped terrain. A cafe and shops are accessible from the first floor, with seperate entrances, which are separated from the apartments. Cellars and technical rooms are designed into the basement. Additionally, there are three aparments on the second floor, where two of the apartments are barrier-free. There are further four apartments on the third and fourth floor. The last floor is designed as an above standard apartment for a family of five with access to the terrace.
