Obrábění polymerních materiálů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá obráběním polymerních materiálů a hlavními rozdíly mezi obráběním kovů a polymerů či plastů. Úvod práce popisuje hlavní mezníky v historii vzniku a používání plastů. Dále se práce zaměřuje na základní rozdělení, bližší definice pojmů a vnitřní strukturu polymerů. Jsou také rozebrány nejpoužívanější technologie obrábění i požadavky kladené na nástroje a materiály. Na závěr práce jsou blíže specifikovány vlastnosti a vybrané druhy plastů určené k obrábění. Praktické informace byly získány během návštěvy v brněnské firmě Belt Plast, s.r.o.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the machining of polymeric materials and the major differences between the machining of metals and polymers or plastics. Introduction describes the basic elements in the history of the discovery and use of plastics. The thesis focuses on the basic division, further definitions and internal structure of the polymers. There are also discussed the most widely used machining technology and requirements for tools and materials. At the end of the work we are specified properties and selected types of plastic materials intended for processing. Practical informations were obtained during the visit to Brno company Belt Plast, Ltd.
