Zásobník pro mletou kamennou sůl

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem zásobníku pro mletou kamennou sůl. Jsou zde popsány druhy zásobníků, dále je proveden rozbor konstrukce a volby typu zásobníku, pevnostní výpočet a návrh rozměrů. Dále jsou zde popsány aktivní a pasivní stavy napjatosti materiálu v zásobníku. Práce se zabývá vznikem vzpěrné klenby při vyprazdňování a popisem prvků napomáhajících toku materiálu. Je zde také popsána specifičnost materiál s ohledem na konstrukci.This diploma thesis describes the design of silo for milled mineral salt and. There are described the types of silos and there is also analysis of type choise and silo construction, dimension design and silo strenght calculation. Further there are described active and passive stress state of the material in the silo. The thesis deals the possibility of emptying the vaults and there is describtion of active and passive elements, that condustive to flow of materiál. It also describes the specificity of the material considering the structure of silo.
