Obytný soubor na ul. Pastviny v Brně - Komíně

Abstract

Architektúra vychádzajúca z filozofie návrhu, ukazuje koncept usporiadania osmich objemov s volným vzorom, ktorý vytvára maximálne množstvo otvoreného a ľahkého priestoru. Štruktúra parcely je tvorená so siedmich bytových domov a zo solitérnej vily. Návrh obytného súboru tvoria jasné línie verejného a poloverejného priestoru dotvárajúce urbanizmus návrhu. Hmota objektov rešpektuje okolité merítko a tím nenarúša okolitý charakter a zástavbu. Funkčná náplň zahŕňa funkciu obytnú s využitím okolitých ploch územia. Dispozičné riešenie bytového domu je navrhnuté ako trojtrakt so štyrmi nadzemnými a jendým podzemným podlažím. V prvých troch nadzemných podlažiach sú navrhnuté dve bytové jednotky a v štvrtom nadzemnom podlaží jedna bytová jednotka.Architecture, emanating from philosophy of design, shows the concept of arrangement of eight volumes with a free pattern which generates the maximum amount of open and light space. Structure of the plot is composed of seven apartment buildings and solitary villa. Design of residential complex consists of clear line of public and semi-public space, which complements urbanism of this design. Mass of objects respects the surrounding scale and thereby does not interfere with the surrounding nature and buildings. Functional filling includes a residential function with using of the surrounding area. The layout of the building is designed as a three tracts with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the first three above-ground floors are designed two housing units and in a fourth above-ground floor is one housing unit.
