Provozní náklady rodinných domů

Abstract

Diplomová práce posuzuje a srovnává provozní náklady (energetickou bilanci) rodinných domů v závislosti na jejich stáří a v rámci jejich životního cyklu. V první části diplomové práce jsou definovány základní pojmy, tepelně-technické vlastnosti a technologické postupy zlepšování tepelně-technických vlastností. Dále je rozebrán životní cyklus staveb a ukazatele ekonomické efektivnosti. V praktické části jsou stanoveny provozní náklady tří různě starých domů. Jsou navrženy a oceněny varianty stavebních úprav na zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností. Pro stávající stav domů i pro stav po zlepšení tepelně-technických vlastností byly zpracovány průkazy energetické náročnosti budov a následně byly hodnoty porovnány. Práce obsahuje vyčíslení nákladů na provedení stavebních úprav a určení doby návratnosti investice.This master thesis determines and compares operating costs (energy balance) of family houses, depending on their age and during their life cycle. The basic terms, heat-technical properties and technological procedures of improving heat-technical properties are defined in the first part of the thesis. In the practical part, the operating costs of three older houses are determined. Variants of building modifications to improve heat-technical properties are suggested and evaluated. Certificates of energy performance were determined and the values compared, for both the current state of the houses and for the state after the improvement heat-technical properties. The thesis includes calculation of building modifications costs and the payback period of the investment.
