Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá etikou podnikání ve firmě Eisberg a.s. První část pojednává o teoretických východiscích, které souvisí s tématem etiky v podnikání. Vysvětluje a vymezuje důležité pojmy, které jsou pro práci stěžejní, a shrnuje metody, které byly použity k praktickému výzkumu. Praktická část pojednává o etickém prostředí ve zkoumané firmě, přednáší výsledky bádání a navrhuje firmě specifická budoucí doporučení.Master´s thesis deals about Business ethics in Eisberg a.s. First section discuss theoretical resources related to the theme of entrepreneurial ethics. Thesis explains and outlines signifiant terms, which are essential, and summarize techniques used in practical research. Practical section deals with ethical environment in examined company, discuss results of research and propose specific future recomandations for the company.
