Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh rozvoje marketingového mixu pro projekt s názvem ReThink, který se snaží plně přejít z B2C trhu na B2B trh. Tento návrh by měl pomoci posílit aktivity projektu na B2B trhu. Práce se skládá ze tří částí. První část poskytuje teoretický základ, vysvětluje klíčové marketingové koncepty, analýzy používané k posouzení makroprostředí a mikroprostředí podniku, definice trhů B2C a B2B, definici malého podniku podle EU a popis základního marketingového mixu 4P a na závěr popis SWOT analýzy. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného marketingového mixu společnosti s využitím analýz popsaných v teoretické části. Na základě teoretické a analytické části nabízí závěrečná část doporučení a představuje návrhy na rozvoj marketingového mixu vhodného pro trh B2B.
This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the proposal for development of marketing mix for a project called Rethink which is trying to fully shift from B2C to B2B market. This proposal should help with strengthening its activities on Czech B2B market. The thesis consists of three parts. The first section provides a theoretical foundation, explaining marketing concepts, the analyses used for analyzing both the macroenvironment and microenvironment of a company, the definitions and differences of the B2C and B2B markets, the definition of a small business according to the EU, and description of the basic 4P marketing mix and lastly SWOT analysis. The second section focuses on analyzing the company's current marketing mix by applying the analyses described in the theoretical part. Based on both the theoretical and analytical sections, the final section offers recommendations and presents proposals for the development of a marketing mix suitable for the B2B market.

In her presentation, the student informed the committee about the objectives, solutions and results she had reached in her thesis. The committee then read the opinions and evaluation of the thesis supervisor and the opponent.
