Abstract
Nárožní polyfunkční dům se studentským bydlením, menzou a podzemními garážemi leží na nábřeží řeky Svratky, v blízkosti fakulty architektury a pedagogické fakulty MU. Konceptem bylo "otevíraní se". A to nejen budovy k městu a řece, ale i jejich obyvatelů mezi sebou . Dynamický tvar vyjadřuje mládí jeho obyvatel.
Multifunctional corner house - Student`s center with residences, canteen and parking place underneath lying on the quai of the river Svratka, Brno, nearby 2 faculties, faculty of architecture and faculty of education. Main concept is "opening up". Opening up to the city and the river, however it means opening up between its inmates as well. Dynamic shape shows youth of the residents.
