The author understood the principles of project management and applies the recommended tools and techniques in an appropriate way. Theory of this these are following analysis and design part only partially. The analytical part captures the current situation of the project. The design then proposes several scenarios which is not usually common in project design. The final work is processed in a standard way. Minor shortcomings do not affect the results of the work. Question: Is critical to use project management tools in your project or it is more important to follow the prescribed processes?

MLIS, Lucchi, MBA,

Very well developed thesis including through review of theory and relevant literature, analysis of current project situation, and thorough and evidence-based recommendations. Based on my understanding of the purpose and goals of this thesis, it seems to meet all such objectives. Currently used methods within the Student Club project are honestly evaluated for current adequacy and efficiency, and the conclusions and interpretations of the researcher (M. Datelinka) are sound and reasonable. Furthermore, these conclusions seem to be highly practically viable, assuming stakeholders and the current project manager are willing to implement them. Professional language and terminology is used throughout the thesis, and it follows a well-organized framework, replete with evidence and information resources. While I have little criticism to offer regarding this thesis, I could point to some instances of in-text citations not being included for paraphrases or summaries of evidence (though all direct quotes are sufficiently cited). This is a minor detail, though, and I recognize that standards for citing evidence may likely vary from country to country. Regarding content of the thesis, the only deficiency I noticed is in regards to lack of strictly accurate data in some cases, such as customers, net income, and other points of data. The researcher acknowledges this explicitly, though, and he soundly extrapolated from the existing data, even if limited, to make reasonable and thorough conclusions.
