The aim of final theses was completed and is applicable into the daily praxis of the company. The sources on which is thesis based are relevant for chosen topic. Used method of oral interviews were appropriately selected and implemented with regard to the aim of the final thesis, however for the statistical interpretation could be chosen more sofisticated approach, e.g. by means some of accessible software. Despite of this fact, student was able to come up with conclusions based on analysed gained data and propose very good suggestions for changes in motivation system of the company. Regarding economic calculations they could be more precise and as well time line and risks´ identification by proposals would be beneficial to add.  Regarding the formal processing there are some minor issues that should be noticed, e.g. not all of the sources have not been cited according to the  recent standards.

The student is able to share his thesis topic in a suitable manner, allowing the reader to understand the thinking process of the author. Despite minor short-comings in language and in missing criticism to the own proposal, the student showed a very good work fulfilling his targets.

Splnění stanovených cílů B The thesis targets shall be seen as fulfilled.The thesis' aim is to propose changes in a concept of motivational system in a selected company. For this, the student has a look on different motivational theories and concepts. Further, the students takes the opportunity to develop an understanding for the company and its motivation and reward system and background. Based on these insights, the students is able to proceed fulfilling the thesis targets.
Zvolený postup řešení, adekvátnost použitých metod B The approach taken is solid and logic. The student presents theory and theoretical models, the company (while missing out to say something about the size), his research and his proposals in an understandable way. The student takes information from the company employees and tries to understand their needs by interviews. Linking the gathered information to the interviews allows for a suitable proposal.
Schopnost interpretovat dosažené výsledky a vyvozovat z nich závěry C The student takes the opportunity to make understandable change proposals. The proposals are clearly presented, including its cost.However, the student fails to present the benefits of the changes making it impossible to understand the company's motivation to strive for a change. Further, the student did no provide a critical note on his proposals.  
Praktická využitelnost výsledků B The case study was done based on a real company case from Brno. The task is understandable and despite the known literature a the realisation presents a struggle for many existing companies.Thinking this to an end, the student should have taken the benefits into account to practically assess whether the investment proposed would pay off. 
Struktura práce, použitá terminologie a odborná jazyková úroveň A The structure is logical and without any suprising disturbances. The language level is corresponding to the expectations showing some language inaccuracies usual for non-natives. 
Práce s informačními zdroji B The sources in the text are correctly cited. Also the references for used literature are correct.  The interview sources are not listed in alphabetical order in the reference section.
