The main goal of the thesis is a proposal of a marketing communication strategy using online tools for selected company. The goal is fulfilled.The author uses standard methods to analyze the current situation and prepared proposals. The analysis is made systematically and concentrates primarily on the online marketing communication of the selected company. Valuable is also performed research. I have one small remark - a summary of the analysis in SWOT would be more logical to insert after the research chapter - I believe that also research outcomes are reflected in the SWOT.Proposals are matching analytical results and are well structured and explained.I recommend the thesis for the defense.

As a founder of the company discussed in this thesis, I was primarily interested in 2 parts of the thesis – the analysis of the competition and proposals for improvements in our online marketing strategy. I’m pleasantly surprised by the depth and quality of the analysis as well as the value of Terezia’s proposals for our agency. Most of the proposals outlined in this thesis can be immediately integrated into our marketing strategy, which I value the most. When taking an unbiased view of the thesis, the theoretical part is factual and presents up-to-date information closely related to the chosen topic. I appreciate the selection of both foreign and domestic information sources. Terezia managed to summarize the topic at an adequate level using the latest available information, which created a good basis for subsequent analysis. When it comes to the “practical” part of the thesis, I also have no objections to the methods of data collection and analysis. I appreciate the effort to analyze our competitors’ marketing strategies from different angles and then summarize the findings in a SWOT analysis. The proposed improvements to our marketing strategy are adequate and price/workload estimates are realistic. The primary objective of the thesis – to propose recommendations to increase lead generation for our agency has been met. We will certainly test the proposals and I’m confident that they’ll contribute to our increased online visibility and the amount of new B2B leads. The thesis, in my opinion, meets all formal requirements, proposals are practical and ready to be put to use in our agency. I recommend this thesis for defense.
