Návrh na zlepšení systému reportingu v podniku na základě analýzy ekonomických ukazatelů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem zlepšení systému reporting ve společnosti Manator s.r.o. na základě analýzy ekonomických ukazatelů. Cílem je identifikovat slabá místa v současném systému vnitropodnikového reporting a navrhnout opatření, která povedou ke zlepšení efektivity, aktuálnosti a přehlednostti výstupů. V teoretické části byly popsány základní principy reporting, klasifikace ekonomických ukazatelů a přístupy k měření výkonnosti. Praktická část se zaměřila na analýzu ukazatelů rentability, likvidity, zadluženosti a aktivity na základě níž byly zjištěny hlavní nedostatky v oblasti hospodaření i informační podpory řízení. Výsledkem práce je návrh nového systému reporting s využitím nástroje Power BI, zahrnující rozšíření datových zdrojů, tvorbu interaktivních dashboard a zavedení týdenních souhrnů. Navržené řešení příspívá ke zlepšení rozhodovacích procesů a celkové výkonnosti podniku.This bachelor thesis focuses on the proposal for improving the reporting system in the company Manator s.r.o., based on the analysis of economic indicators. The aim of the thesis was to identify weaknesses in the current internal reporting system and to propose measures that would lead to greater efficiency, timeliness, and clarity of outputs. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of reporting, the classification of economic indicators, and approaches to performance measurement. The practical part is focused on the analysis of indicators of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness, and activity, based on which the main shortcomings in financial management and information support for decision-making were identified. The outcome of the thesis is a proposal for a new reporting system using the Power BI tool, including the expansion of data sources, the creation of interactive dashboards, and the introduction of weekly summaries. The proposed solution contributes to improving decision-making processes and the overall performance of the company.
